Return Request Timeline
- A return must be requested within 1 week of receiving your Elixir Chair.
- Once approved, the return must be shipped back within 30 days of the original delivery date.
How to Request a Return
Before sending any items back, you must contact our Customer Care Team by emailing master@elixershopping.com.
Please do not send return orders directly to our factory or distribution hub.
Once your return request is accepted, our staff will provide you with the required steps and instructions for shipping your item.
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- We offer free shipping on all Elixir Chair orders placed through our website.
Damaged Items
If your chair arrives damaged, please email master@elixershopping.com with:
- A clear photo of the damage.
- A video that clearly shows the issue.
This helps us assess the situation quickly and provide the best resolution.
